Esteban Barriga, 17, has good taste when it comes to dance partners. The Maynard, MA, teen who has autism has decided to ask Ellen DeGeneres to prom. With the help of his friends and family, he created a video to convince her. The the eight-minute YouTube clip shows off Esteban's best qualities and features people from throughout his community vouching for him. Esteban's fans are also writing on Ellen's Facebook page and using the hashtag #EllenTakeMeToMyProm and #SayYesToEsteban. The Prom is May 9, so Ellen would have plenty of time to practice her signature dance moves. Watch below. Think she'll say yes? Or at least have him on her show?
