Following Michelle Obama's launch of the 62 Million Girls campaign at the Global Citizen Festival in NYC on Saturday, celebrities took to social media to show their support for the cause, which is focused on raising awareness about the millions of girls around the world who lack access to education. Stars like Mindy Kaling and Kerry Washington shared adorable photos of themselves as kids; Kerry captioned hers, "In school I learned to apply cultural&historical context," while Leonardo DiCaprio tweeted, "In school I learned art & creativity."

Meanwhile, President Obama said, "I'm grateful for the teachers who helped spark my sense of curiosity. The #62MillionGirls who aren't in school should have that same chance," and Charlize Theron shared, "In school I learned to ALWAYS believe in myself #62MillionGirls don't have that chance."
