Sean "Diddy" Combs is mourning the death of ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, who passed away from lobar pneumonia on Nov. 15 at age 47. Over the weekend, Diddy broke his silence when he paid tribute to Kim by posting a tender Instagram video on Sunday, which featured romantic moments between the two. "For the last three days I've been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven't. I don't know what I'm going to do without you baby. I miss you so much," Diddy wrote. "Today I'm going to pay tribute to you, I'm going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER SH*T!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love πŸ–€."

According to TMZ, Kim was found in her home after an emergency dispatch call came in as cardiac arrest; she had been suffering from pneumonia in the weeks before. Since her passing, Diddy has been honoring the former model with heartbreaking tributes on social media. "I'll raise our family just like you taught me to. Love you forever!!!! πŸ–€ I CANT BELIEVE THIS SH*T!" Diddy captioned a video montage of old family photos.

The former couple were together on and off between 1994 and 2007 and shared three children: a son, 20-year-old Christian, and twin 11-year-old girls, Jessie James and D'Lila. Kim also left behind her 27-year-old son Quincy from her marriage with record producer Al B. Sure! Our hearts are with Kim's family and friends at this time.
