Jennifer Aniston Is Named the World's Most Beautiful Woman

People's annual Most Beautiful People issue arrives this week, and the cover star for 2016 is nothing short of perfect: Jennifer Aniston! The Mother's Day actress previously earned the title of "World's Most Beautiful Woman" in 2004, and other past winners include Sandra Bullock in 2015, as well as Lupita Nyong'o, Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and Julia Roberts. Jen looks absolutely radiant on the cover, dressed in Spring florals and sporting her signature bright smile, and was "very, very flattered" when People told her the news. "I thought, 'Oh my God,'" she said to the magazine. "There was this sort of very excited, teenage-y kind of moment."

In addition to crediting husband Justin Theroux for bringing joy to her life by making her laugh and being "so interesting," Jennifer eloquently summed up what beauty means to her. "Inner confidence. Peace. Kindness. Honesty. A life well-lived. Taking on challenges and not feeling shame for things that haven't gone the way you felt they should have. And not feeling like a failure or allowing people to critique your life and make you feel like you've failed at something. That's just toxic noise." With a nonstop stream of red-hot red carpet appearances and with one of the biggest hearts in Hollywood, it's no wonder Jen scored the title.
