Justin Bieber took to Instagram on Saturday to share an up-close selfie and give fans an update on his Purpose tour, writing, "Resting up for the show in Philly it's gonna be a good one mark my words." His latest snap may not seem like anything out of the ordinary at first glance, but if you look closely, you can see a small cross tattoo just below Justin's left eye. A source tells Us Weekly that the "Sorry" singer and friend Joe Termini got matching face tattoos when they dropped by West 4th Tattoo Parlor in NYC on Friday night. While the meaning of the design is still unknown, back in February, Justin revealed the stories behind his other tattoos in an interview with GQ magazine.
