Lindsay Lohan Calls Kourtney Kardashian Her "Twin" During a Fun Night Out Together in London

Ever since touching down in London earlier this week, Kourtney Kardashian has had a pretty busy few days. First, she turned heads at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday, where she wore a plunging red dress that simply stunned. The next day, she walked the red carpet at an event for Manuka Doctor honey and skin care products in a supercute black and gray crop top and later met up with Lindsay Lohan for a night on the town at Loulou's club.

Lindsay — who now lives in London — attended Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011 and is apparently still close with the Kardashian clan since she posted a fun selfie of herself and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star on Instagram, writing, "#theparenttrap my #twin @kourtneykardash has arrived!! 🙏🏻🇬🇧🇺🇸💋🙏." Kourtney also posted a few fun snaps of their evening to her own Instagram, including a snap of her twirling around in Lindsay's red and blue fringe dress the morning after.
