Leah Remini has become the powerful voice for former members of the Church of Scientology with her hit A&E documentary series, Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath. The actress stopped by Conan on Wednesday night to further discuss why she chose to do the show and why she'll never stop standing up to the church. In addition to opening up about her own years as a Scientologist, Leah also revealed that she still has no idea where church leader David Miscavige's wife, Shelly, is. Leah initially caused waves in 2006 when she asked why Shelly wasn't at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes's wedding, especially after the church called it "the wedding of the century." She didn't get an answer, and after she left Scientology, she filed a missing persons report for Shelly. Despite being told by police that Shelly is "fine," Leah admits she's still not convinced and has no idea where she could be. What's more is that the church also wrote a letter to Conan O'Brien before Leah's appearance trying to discredit her claims, saying she's doing it all for money. With a successful career under her belt and a hit new show, we think she's doing juuust fine.
