Meadow Walker's Father's Day Tribute Is Beautiful and Heartbreaking

Meadow Walker paid tribute to her late father, Paul Walker, on Sunday with a simple and beautiful throwback photo. Meadow, who was the actor's only child, took to Instagram on June 21 to share a special childhood moment between her and her dad. In the snap, Meadow clings to Paul as he gives her an adorable kiss on the cheek. Meadow captioned the photo simply, "Happy Father's Day."

This is the second Father's Day since Paul died in a car crash in November 2013. Since then, Meadow has honored her father on many occasions by sharing a slew of vintage photos of them together. After spending the beginning of the year bonding with her dad's Furious 7 costars, she most recently took a sweet vacation with Miley Cyrus's little sister Noah.
