Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent have welcomed a baby girl, the couple announced on Wednesday. In an adorable Facebook post, Nate revealed that her name is Poppy Brent-Berkus.
The couple tied the knot in NYC last May. Their love story got even more exciting in September, when the guys announced that they were expecting their first child via surrogate.
