Taylor Swift's Mom Gets In on Those Heart-Melting Fan Moments

We all know how much Taylor Swift loves connecting with her fans, and apparently her giving nature runs in the family! Taylor's mom, Andrea Swift, noticed 6-year-old Taylor Rayburn in the audience at Swift's concert in Atlanta over the weekend and invited young Taylor to sit with her during the show. Taylor Rayburn was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer earlier this year, and her mother had bought her tickets to Taylor Swift's show as a belated birthday gift. Andrea has been fighting her own battle with cancer after being diagnosed back in April. After the show, Andrea arranged for the two Taylors to meet for an adorable hug and photo op. Taylor Rayburn's mother posted the photo on Facebook with the caption, "Thank you Mrs. Andrea and Taylor Swift for making my child's year! She needed this! Taylor and her entourage were the sweetest and most humble people. She is just like you see on tv...I think we were all star struck!:) This is a night she will always remember!! She left saying, 'I can't tell if this is a dream or for real!' So amazing!"
