The singer, who was just spotted at a soccer game in Paris with Jay Z and David Beckham, spent September traveling across the globe. She managed to squeeze in a surprise performance at the Global Citizen Festival in NYC this past weekend, plus earlier this month she was busy celebrating her birthday and filming the On the Run special for HBO with Jay Z.
