Kaia Gerber Reunites With Austin Butler at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party After Skipping Awards Show

Austin Butler ended his night at the Oscars with his girlfriend by his side after walking the big show's red carpet with his agent and best friend. For the annual Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, Kaia Gerber joined Butler, who was nominated for best actor for his portrayal of the titular icon in "Elvis," though ultimately lost out on the award to "The Whale"'s Brendan Fraser.

At Vanity Fair, Butler swapped his more polished white shirt and bow-tie for a silky, blue chest-baring top. Gerber was the spitting image of her mother, model Cindy Crawford, as the couple cozied up for cameras. She wore a glamorous sequined gown, coupled with loose waves.

Butler and Gerber have been dating since December 2021 and made their red carpet debut at the 2022 Met Gala.

Earlier in the night on Sunday, Butler was asked by red carpet host Ashley Graham where Gerber was. He demurred, explaining, "I've got my best friend with me, who is also my agent." He added that was a "thank you" to him for his work. Gerber had been in Austin, TX, for SXSW, where her new film "Bottoms" was premiering. She posted photos from her trip to Austin (and her time with her costar, "The Bear"'s Ayo Edebiri) on her Instagram.
