Kate Hudson Hits the Town With Her Ex Matt Bellamy's Wife, Elle Evans

Girls only! For the June 15 gala performance of "Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club" in London, Kate Hudson brought as her date Elle Evans — the current wife of her ex-fiancé, Matt Bellamy. Hudson led Evans through the city streets in a silky red slip dress, while Evans wore snakeskin flare pants and a black tank top. The two were later shown embracing inside the theater and holding hands as they walked to the car after the show. "This beauty! Congrats Maude Apatow for an amazing opening performance," Hudson wrote on her Instagram Story, showing off her program and swirling a glass of white wine.

Hudson and Bellamy were engaged from 2011 to 2014 and share an 11-year-old son named Bingham. After news of their split broke, a source told People, "They remain very close friends and committed co-parents." Hudson spoke more about their current relationship as co-parents in a 2022 interview with The Sunday Times, saying, "Matt is so wonderful — I couldn't have asked for a better co-parent."

After the two had gone their separate ways, Bellamy started seeing Evans, a model and actor, proposing to her in December 2017 and tying the knot in 2019. "We are so happy to announce to the world that we are engaged!" Evans wrote, sharing the exciting news on Instagram. "I can't imagine our lives apart. What I can imagine is a bright future full of love & light, family & friends, moments that turn into cherished memories, and a lifetime of pure bliss."

Evans and Bellamy have since welcomed a child of their own, and Hudson found love with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa. According to social media, the blended family still see each other often, celebrating holidays like Easter and having fun all together. "I think it's even bonded us closer— me, Matt, Elle, and Danny — because we have to trust that we're protecting each other," Hudson said in a March 2021 interview with Women's Health.
