Matt Damon Says He Plans to Make Ben Affleck Call Him by a New Nickname
Matt Damon snagged what is arguably the biggest award of the night at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Saturday. The Martian star was given the Chairman's Award, which coincidentally was given to his longtime friend and collaborator Ben Affleck back in 2011. Matt said he plans to force Ben to call him "The Chairman" in light of his new honor. He also explained how he and director Ridley Scott shot his character's emotional breakdown scene in The Martian.
