Justin Bieber Delivers the Most Touching Acceptance Speech at the HALO Awards

Justin Bieber made his way down the red carpet at this year's Nickelodeon HALO Awards in NYC on Saturday. The Canadian singer, who recently released his new album, Purpose, kept things casual in an all-black outfit and showed off his smoldering good looks while posing for photos with Joe Jonas, Tori Kelly, and Nick Cannon. Justin was honored with the first-ever hall of fame award for his charity work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Pencils of Promise.

While accepting his award, Justin asked the audience to take a moment of silence to honor the victims of the recent Paris terror attacks, saying, "Can I just say something for one second? There's been some sad things happening in the world right now, and I think we should all honor that and take one moment of silence for that, if you guys could.
