ShopStyle Collective Referral Program Terms

ShopStyle Inc. ("ShopStyle") offers the ShopStyle Collective Referral Program ("Referral Program") to give you the opportunity to receive a reward for each Qualified Referral (defined below) you make in accordance with these ShopStyle Collective Referral Program Terms ("Referral Program Terms"). By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Referral Program Terms. For US residents only.

  • General. These Referral Program Terms are in addition to any agreements between you and ShopStyle, including the ShopStyle Collective Terms set forth on https://www.shopstylecollective.com/help/terms and the ShopStyle Privacy Policy set forth at www.shopstyle.com/privacy (collectively, the "ShopStyle Terms"). The ShopStyle Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in this Referral Program.
  • Qualified Referrals. For every Qualified Referral you refer during the period commencing on September 1, 2017 and ending on September 30, 2017 ("Referral Period"), ShopStyle will deposit $500 into your ShopStyle Collective account. A "Qualified Referral" must:
  • Referrer Credits. Qualified Referral payments will be credited into your ShopStyle Collective account and payable in the next payout cycle in accordance with the ShopStyle Collective Terms.
  • Representations & Warranties. You represent and warrant that:
  • Prohibited Activities. Self-referrals do not qualify. Bulk email distribution, submission or distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of our Referral Program in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" in ShopStyle's sole discretion is expressly prohibited. ShopStyle reserves the right to review all referrals and to deny, withhold, or cancel credits for any referrals, which ShopStyle deems in its sole discretion, as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent these Referral Program Terms, the ShopStyle Terms, or any other applicable law or regulation.
  • By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to release and hold harmless ShopStyle and its affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Referral Program. You further agree that the Referral Program is provided "AS-IS" WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF $500.
  • Termination & Modification. ShopStyle reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or to change these Referral Program Terms at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion.
  • Be a new member to ShopStyle Collective or a previously registered ShopStyle Collective member who has been inactive for over eighteen (18) months;
  • Sign up for ShopStyle Collective during the Referral Period using the promotion code sent by ShopStyle Collective;
  • Agree and comply with the ShopStyle Terms; and
  • Make at least $1,000 using the ShopStyle Collective tools within ninety (90) days of sign up.
  • Any and all information provided by you is correct, true, and accurate;
  • You have a personal relationship with your referral or otherwise have the necessary consent to submit their information to the Referral Program;
  • You will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Referral Program;
  • You will comply with all applicable laws in participating in the Referral Program; and
  • You shall not misrepresent your relationship with ShopStyle or otherwise take any action that harms the reputation of ShopStyle or otherwise presents ShopStyle in a negative light.
