Michael Fassbender Is Red Hot in the Trailer For Assassin's Creed

A new trailer for Ubisoft's highly anticipated movie adaptation of video game Assassin's Creed is here, and it's already defying fans' expectations. A day after being presumably executed, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) wakes up to find his whole world flipped upside down when he discovers that he is actually a descendant from a mysterious secret society. The movie, which also features Fassbender's Macbeth costar Marion Cotillard, doesn't hit theaters until Dec. 21. You can see the new trailer above as well as the the original trailer below.
