You Need to See the Cast of Grey's Anatomy Dressed as Orange Is the New Black

Ellen Pompeo is making sure you're ready for the new season of Grey's Anatomy by posting an unexpected but very creative picture. She, along with Sara Ramirez and a few cast/crew members, posed as the cast of Orange Is the New Black. I'm thinking Pompeo has to be Tricia, Ramirez is Alex, the woman on the left is Crazy Eyes, and that gentleman with the eyebrows on the right is Big Boo. Pompeo captioned the picture, "Blue is the new black, #8daystillgreys, #greysanatomy." Can we dare to dream there's an Orange Is the New Black-themed episode coming up, or are they just playing around on the set?
