After showing off her new Miley Cyrus-esque haircut on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet, Katy Perry hit the stage to perform her latest single, "Chained to the Rhythm." While thankfully no one dressed as a tiny building was harmed during this performance, she still brought the house down dressed in a fiery red pantsuit. Between her adorable, pint-sized back-up dancers and the giant hamster that popped up onstage, we can't decide what we love most.
