It's been a long, hot Summer, and that's not even just in referral to the weather — this season's movies have been heating up the theaters for months now. We've already had multiple Marvel movies come out and one film break the record for biggest opening weekend of all time, so it seems like the Summer blockbusters are starting to peter out. Wrong! The Gift
- Who's starring: Joel Edgerton, Jason Bateman, and Rebecca Hall
- Why you should be interested: Not only does Edgerton play an unhinged classmate from Bateman's character's past in this thriller, but this is also the directorial debut of Australian star Edgerton.

- Who's starring: Emma Watson and Ethan Hawke
- Why you should be interested: There's so much mystery surrounding the plot of this thriller that we couldn't be more curious, plus we love to see Watson star in literally anything.
