After debuting their single "Kevin" at the American Music Awards in November, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are at it again with a brand-new video. With an already powerful message about drugs and addiction in the song, the video takes a minimalist approach and is shot in an abandoned hospital in black-and-white.
