Wait, What the Hell Is in This Teaser for The Walking Dead's Next Episode?

The first half of The Walking Dead has concluded, and though it's months away, we're already looking ahead to its return. We have a few details about what to expect, but we got a glimpse of the next episodes at the end of the Winter finale. Rick and Ezekiel are getting in formation (so to speak) to go up against the Saviors, but the most interesting scene comes at the very end. Rick is looking around, and someone — or something — is moving behind him. Here's what it looks like:
