The 5 Grammy Performances You Have to Watch If You Skipped the Show

The Grammy Awards injected some music and flair into award season, and though we did all care about the winners and outrageous moments, the Grammys show is all about the performances. There were so many good ones that it was hard to narrow down, but if you didn't watch the show and want to know what you need to see (or if you did watch and want to compare notes), we have the five essential performances from this year's Grammys that you must watch.

Usher and Stevie Wonder

When we first realized that Usher would be singing a Stevie Wonder song for a Stevie Wonder tribute, we wondered why we couldn't just have the man himself. You weren't the first person to think, "Wait, is that John Mayer singing backup for Ed?" during Ed Sheeran's performance of "Thinking Out Loud." You don't have to be religious to appreciate the hymn "Take My Hand, Precious Lord," but you probably still had a religious experience when our lady Beyoncé took the stage and closed out the show with the powerful song.

Sia

It was Sia who was performing her Grammy-nominated song "Chandelier," but thanks to her unusual performance style, it was Kristen Wiig who had the spotlight. The comedienne was incredible, dancing her bewigged head off alongside Sia regular Maddie Ziegler. The three women absolutely owned that stage with the most incredible performance that will be talked about for years to come.
