The 26 Best TV Restaurants
Lots of beloved TV shows have to give their characters a place to gather, and since TV characters are also human, that place is usually a restaurant. When we spend several seasons with a TV show, it's natural to become obsessed with the usual eateries. Be it a diner, a cafe, or a pizza joint, there are so many places we wish we could waltz into and order — and of course, hang out with our favorite characters.

The Double R Diner on Twin Peaks
Investigating a murder in an eccentric, small town? Stop by the RR Diner. We heard they have a cherry pie that'll kill ya.
The Peach Pit on Beverly Hills, 90210
Actual magic could happen at the Peach Pit, and we think it was because of Nat. Brenda alone had several different personality transplants there.
The Coffee Shop on Sex and the City
The girls talk about everything at this unnamed diner, from the hot hookups they had the night before to being "each other's soulmates."
The Max on Saved by the Bell
Burger joint, after-school hang, event space; The Max is everything to every Bayside High kid. How many earth-shattering, adolescent-molding experiences happen at the Max? Too many to count.
JJ's Diner on Parks and Recreation
The waffles from JJ's are so good that you'll have to pry them out of Leslie Knope's cold, dead hands. When she's laid up in the hospital with a flu, her friends even deliver her favorite dish to her bedside.
Luke's on Gilmore Girls
Luke serves up a lot of different food, but let's highlight the most important thing to come out of Luke's: coffee, coffee, coffee. Oh, and sexual tension.
Cafe Grumpy on Girls
It's an actual cafe in Brooklyn, though we're not sure Hannah would be the most attentive barista in real life.
The Mystic Grill on The Vampire Diaries
The Mystic Grill is the place to be, especially for vampires and werewolves, who still manage to wolf down some burgers despite mostly being immortal.
Central Perk on Friends
Fact: the friends could not have been such close friends without Central Perk.
Bob's Burgers on Bob's Burgers
The best thing about Bob's might be his hilarious, snappy burgers of the day, like the "Peas and Thank You," "She's a Super Leek," and "If Looks Could Kale."
Granny's on Once Upon a Time
Granny sure can cook, but she's also bossy about her diner rules, so don't make her mad.
MacLaren's on How I Met Your Mother
MacLaren's is first and foremost a bar, but what's one thing you need when drinking with your best buds? Wings. MacLaren's serves them up hot and fresh, and there are always enough for the five of you.
The Den on Moesha
The Den is a teen hangout owned by Moesha's oldest pal, Andell Wilkerson. It's one of the only places where Moesha can hang out with her friends without her overprotective dad or annoying little brother.
Joe's Pub on Grey's Anatomy
Joe's is mainly used to blow off steam after an agonizingly long shift, but hey, sometimes people eat between their shots.
Monk's on Seinfeld
How many amazing jokes are delivered in this booth?! They go great with the cereal, the coffee, and the salsa.
The Brew on Pretty Little Liars
In a town where you can almost never feel safe, The Brew is usually where you can go for some respite from a psycho stalker.
Chubbie's on Boy Meets World
Cory, Shawn, and Topanga have so many coming-of-age moments, and a lot of them happen at Chubbie's (remember when Shawn dressed as a girl?).
The Slicery on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch
Sabrina and Harvey almost had their first kiss at the pizza place, and Sabrina even got her first job there (spoiler alert: she got fired).
The Pie Hole on Pushing Daisies
Ned the pie maker is adorable and comes up with quirky dessert recipes like "Pear and Gruyere" and "Three-and-a-Half Berry Pie" — oh, he can also bring dead things back to life, NBD.
Pizza King on Daria
This hangout is well known in the town of Lawndale; Daria and Jane are always eating here after school and on the weekends, and it's all pretty chill until Brittany, Kevin, or Quinn and her Fashion Club members show up.
The Dot on Degrassi: The Next Generation
Literally everything has gone down at The Dot; there is a shooting there, and it catches fire, and then it just explods altogether. At one point, the characters open an upstairs club there, but most people just use the space to sell (and do) hard drugs.
The Krusty Krab on Spongebob Squarepants
Spongebob and Squidward both work at this under-the-sea burger joint, which is run by the money-loving Mr. Krabs. It also boasts a secret recipe that rival restaurant owner Plankton is always trying to figure out.
Breadstix on Glee
You got a hot date in Lima, you go to Breadstix. It's the most romantic (and probably also only) upscale-ish place to go after glee practice.
Good Burger From All That
As iconic for its burger as it is for its burger flippers. An institution.
The Crab Shack From The O.C.
Newport Beach's casual eatery boasts an ocean view, delicious seafood, and sexy busboys.
Merlotte's From True Blood
Merlotte's is generally accepting of all people, including vampires. Just keep your fangs to yourself.
