Kendrick let it slip recently that the naked butt you see in her latest movie, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, was actually her body double. When asked in 2010 if she'd ever do a nude scene, Anna replied, "Emphatically, no, I will not do that." She further explained, "I have been lucky because I have not been pigeonholed into the teenage movie category. I am not criticizing people who do [nude scenes] but I plan to keep doing what I am doing and hope it keeps going good."

Parker might have starred on Sex and the City, but she famously negotiated a no-nudity clause in her contract for the show, even though her costars were regularly stripping down. "I'm a modest person. I'm not really proud of how I look," she told Britain's Star magazine. "And you couldn't pay me enough to have someone pretend they were me doing a nude scene. No body doubles — that's part of my contract."

Roberts first held out for a no-nudity clause in her contract for Pretty Woman in 1990, and her stance on appearing naked on film hasn't changed since. "I wouldn't do nudity in a film," the mom of three said. "To act with my clothes on is a performance. To act with my clothes off is a documentary."

The Office star has stripped down to her underwear for a few roles, but in a 2008 interview with Playboy, she confirmed that's as far as it's ever going to go, saying, "I wouldn't do anything I wouldn't be proud to show my parents."

"I will not be taking it all off!" Garner told MTV News in 2009 during a press tour for The Invention of Lying. "No thank you. The world deserves better. Not interested."

There was never a chance that Wilson's guest-starring role on Girls would end with her clothes off, thanks to her specific request that a no-nudity clause be written into her contract: "I [wanted] it put in my contract . . . [They] don't want to see me nude. That's all I have to say. I'm like, 'Don't write in any nudity, please!'"

Alba's reason for covering up on the big screen is a simple one: she doesn't want her grandparents to see her naked. "I don't want my grandparents to see my boobs," she revealed to Glamour in 2014. "That's it."

The outspoken feminist's choice to stay clothed in her movies is apparently due to her iconic role in Harry Potter: "I'm not going to get my kit off or snort cocaine in a film, just to leave Hermione behind. I don't want everyone to forget me as Hermione. I'm really proud of her."

The actress supposedly turned down serious paydays in favor of keeping her clothes on. Page Six reported that "[She] will not show her breasts and she doesn't care how much money Hollywood offers. We hear that Gellar, married to Hollywood hunk Freddie Prinze Jr., has been offered roles for 'major money' but turned them down because the part would require her doffing her top. A rep for the actress said, 'Sarah doesn't do nudity, period. It has never been her thing.'"

Roberts's male Scream Queens costars might have been taking off their shirts nonstop throughout season one, but don't plan on seeing her do the same anytime soon. While speaking to W magazine about the issue in 2010, she admitted she was wary of it but didn't rule it out entirely, saying, "I don't know that I'd do a full-on nude scene, ever. I've never had a full-on sex scene . . . but we'll see."

Bilson is so against nudity in movies that it nearly cost her a role. "Movies can be sexy or sexual without showing things . . . it's almost a deal-breaker," she told Playboy. "[The Last Kiss] was rated R, and they like to put in nudity wherever they can, but I'm pretty strong-willed and believe it can be avoided."

Some of Fisher's scenes in Wedding Crashers get a bit raunchy, but the Australian actress had a body double on hand for all of the nudity. "I feel like if you have a female comic character and then you see her nipples, then she is no longer funny, which is clearly wrong, but that was my theory, and that's why I didn't want to do it," she explained to the Sydney Morning Herald.

When MTV News asked Fox if she'd ever consider making a sex tape, she responded with: "Ugh, never! That's the last thing I want to see — what I look like having sex. It would take one shot of me not looking good, and I would not be able to have sex ever again, because I would always just see myself looking like a hippo having sex."

"It would be completely uncomfortable to walk down the street and know that the person passing by had seen me without my clothes on," the Tangled actress told USA Today in 2007.
