If Two Weeks Notice Is Your Favorite Movie, This Deleted Scene Is About to Blow Your Mind

I've seen Two Weeks Notice more than any other movie, which is why when a picture of Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant in wedding attire popped up in our Sandra Bullock movie quiz, I was quick to alert my coworker as to her error. "Rookie mistake," I thought, figuring she had mislabeled it. I was utterly befuddled when she told me that no, the photo was listed in the film photo archives as a shot from Two Weeks Notice.

How could this be? The romantic comedy ends with George (Grant) measuring Lucy's (Bullock) apartment in long strides and Lucy cheekily telling Mr. Wong that her Chinese food is for two that night. These two don't get hitched . . . except that THEY DO AND WE'VE BEEN LIED TO.

There are official stills as well as Getty photos from the set proving that billionaire George and do-gooder Lucy tie the knot. While I've lost my DVD copy (rude, I know), I have discovered that "Wedding" is an additional scene on the original DVD. How could Castle Rock Entertainment have denied us this important conclusion? Was Meryl Lucy's maid of honor? Did they serve hot dogs at the reception? Was June Carver invited?!

Thankfully, a Good Samaritan uploaded the scene on YouTube, and while it isn't HD-quality, it does answer a few burning questions. Take a look, along with photos from the scene!

Apologies for the poor image quality, but this is obviously very important content. Here's what we can glean: Tony's (George's driver/chess opponent) girlfriend catches the bouquet, Howard tells George he's not fired, George tells Howard that he's starting a firm with Lucy, and Ruth still hates George.

This movie came out in 2002, but Lucy's Jackie Kennedy Onassis-inspired dress is still chic as hell.

"Just Married — No Pre-Nups" . . . I AM DEAD.

That's Dana Ivey as Lucy's mother on the left, and yes, they're at the Coney Island Community Center!

They get married at the freakin' Community Center!!

George's wedding outfit doesn't look that different from his usual getup, but Lucy looks wonderful.

I will hold this photo in my heart forever. If anyone knows Sandra Bullock, please have her email me with lots of details. Thanks.
