You've probably cheered (or yelled) at the top of your lungs while watching your child perform in a play or compete in a sport. But parents of Olympian Aly Raisman win the gold for being the most theatrical, squirmy parents ever.

The mom and dad of the decorated gymnast were the definition of a nervous wreck while watching their daughter compete in the Rio Olympics this week. Lynn and Rick Raisman were captured in the crowd doing a fidgety dance and grabbing on to each other as Aly performed her uneven-bar routine. The duo moved like two human creepy-crawlers for nearly a minute until releasing for a stiff applause when the routine was complete.

This wasn't the first time they were captured in their nerve-racking state, though. At the 2012 London Olympics, the parents were practically hiding in fear as Aly competed on the gymnasium floor, but their Rio moment was by far the most hilarious. Watch along to crack up at (and commiserate with) their jittery sideline behavior.
