Guy Playing a Game on the Subway Hands His Phone to a Curious Little Boy, and It's So Cute

Kia Tatiyana Davis was on a New York City subway on Aug. 9 when she witnessed the most heartwarming moment between strangers: more specifically, a man playing a game on his phone and a young boy sitting next to him. "What I witnessed today on the train. I almost cried y'all," she wrote on Facebook alongside three separate videos of the pair's interaction. To be honest, we are crying a little bit.

The sweet moment Kia captured started when she noticed the young boy looking over the man's shoulder to see the game he was playing on his phone. Once the man notices the young boy watching, he sits forward so he can see the screen and the boy says something to him, which makes Kia chuckle behind the camera. Shortly after, it looks like the man messes something up, and he shares a look with the boy, who watched the whole thing. Finally, the man gives the little boy a go, and hands him the phone.

The subtle, yet adorable interaction may only be 45 seconds long, but we can't stop watching — we needed this.

The Three Spliced Videos of the Interaction

In the first section of the video, the boy notices the man playing a game, and leans over to see better.

In the second video, the man has moved up so the little boy can see, the boy says something to him, and the pair shares a funny moment when the man loses the game.

The man finally accepts his loss, and gives the young boy a go at the game.
