Cara Delevingne Reveals Why She's Been MIA at the VS Fashion Show — and It's Not Because She Was "Bloated"

When something fishy goes on in the realm of celebrities, the world loves to fill in the blanks. So was the case when Cara Delevingne was MIA at 2014's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show — a big surprise, since she'd previously walked the runway two years in a row. Yet while the wonder soon wore off, and Cara successfully transitioned from model to actress, The Sun recently brought up the mystery up once, citing she was really cut because of harsh judgment during casting that had her labeled as "bloated."

Thankfully, rumors can be cleared up with a simple post, so Cara revealed the truth via Instagram, posting a very sweet letter from Ed Razek, Victoria's Secret CMO and executive producer of the show. It says that Cara was confirmed for 2014's event, but had to skip out due to scheduling conflicts. Easy. Simple. And nothing to do with body-shaming.

The best part of the note, however, was when Ed asked Cara to walk the runway once again, saying no casting would be required for 2016. Cara hasn't shared her response, but we have plenty of reasons she should take him up on the offer, in the form of her previous VS looks ahead. Scroll through to see 'em all as well as the official letter, then catch up on the details from this year's show.
