The star, who's expecting her second child in December, was recently spotted giving her strappy stilettos a rest, instead wearing a comfy pair of shower shoes for date night with Kanye West in Brentwood, CA. But these aren't those old Adidas your had during high school. Kim wore the high-fashion Givenchy version, which will set you back $278.

While we're fairly certain the star will be back rocking sky-high styles in no time, we're admittedly enjoying this little break. It's different and, dare we say it, a little daring — after all, not everyone can pull off these slides. But before you assume Kim's giving her typically sexy look a bit of an overhaul, she was still seen wearing her signature body-con and duster jacket. So clearly, not much has changed.
