This Chic Bridal Retailer Just Launched a Collection For Curvy Brides Who Feel "Underserved"

Lovely Bride is already one of the most romantic wedding retailers out there. Stocking familiar labels like Theia, Lovers Society, and Dear Heart, the source for long, lace maxis and bohemian designs is beautiful just to look at — even if you're not getting married. But to heighten its popularity even more, Lovely Bride has encouraged its designers to create gowns in extended sizes in an effort to please even more customers.

"This bride has been underserved for so long that they are so thankful to have cool options. Our goal now, is to listen to these brides and make changes for future pieces based on her unique tastes and style preferences," founder Lanie List told us, confirming that "the most popular style [for this woman] has a low, plunging neckline and a full tulle skirt — a bit naughty and nice all rolled into one."

The curve collection, which retails from $1,800 to $3,400, is relatively affordable when you consider the market on a large scale, and Lanie confirmed that she will never "upcharge on [extended size] gowns of the same style" like many other stores. "We just didn't feel great about that. We decided we would absorb any additional costs that we get from the manufacturers." Ahead, you can see some of our favorite selections from the new launch and head over to the site to shop online, or search for a location near you.
