Why else would she allow Spanx founder Sara Blakely to ditch her Christian Louboutins at the White House and walk around barefoot?

In a story shared with Footwear News, Sarah revealed that after standing in line to meet Michelle, her feet were killing her — so much so, she shared her pain with the first lady. "She goes, 'Girl, my feet are killing me, too,'" Sarah said of the exchange. "I asked if I can take my shoes off and she said, 'Yes, and you can tell anyone who tells you to put them back on that Mrs. Obama said you can take them off.'"
