Gather Your Supplies
Here's what you need:
- Two contrasting shades of matte nail polish (glitter or pearl finishes don't work well)
- Paper tape
- Cotton-tip applicators for cleanup
- Sunglasses (we used Mandate Sunglasses from Quay Australia, available in the July Must Have Box)
Separate Your Painting Surface
Using paper tape, separate the top and bottom of sunglasses. Press firmly along the frames so that the tape is tight.
Paint Top of Glasses
Using your lighter polish, paint the top half of sunglasses. Wait for coat to try, and apply a second.
Apply Second Color
After top color has dried, carefully remove tape and apply second color. You can paint freehand or use paper tape again.
Flash Your New Sunnies
Once your glasses have completely dried, put them on and head out the door — you're all set!
