We Have Your Backstage Pass to the VS Fashion Show

Just in time for you to regret eating a weekend's worth of Thanksgiving leftovers, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is finally here. But before we sit back and watch those models strut their stuff on the catwalk — wings, sparkly bras, elaborate costumes, and all — we'll be scanning their Instagrams to give you a sneak peek.

And lucky for us, they've been snapping away ever since they set off for their London adventure (and in case you missed it, so has our Beauty editor). From the swag to the plane to a backstage selfie or two, we've gathered up all the must-see posts. If this isn't postholiday workout motivation (or, at the very least, haircut motivation) at its finest, we don't know what is.

They started out by packing . . .

For the long flight to London.
