INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon chopped salted peanuts
    • 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semisweet Mini Chips)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add the first five ingredients to a small mason jar.

    2. Place in the fridge overnight.

    3. In the morning, mix in the peanuts and chocolate chips and enjoy!
