It may taste like spun sugar and Fall in a mug, but it's filled to the brim with potent stress-relieving, immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and skin-supporting ingredients. Start your day off with a rich, warm, and calming potion to keep you soothed all season long.

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 teaspoon dried dandelion root and licorice herbs, steeped for 10-15 minutes in one cup of hot water and then strained
    • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, heated
    • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
    • 1 tablespoon collagen protein powder
    • 1 tablespoon raw honey
    • 1 teaspoon dried, powdered ashwagandha
    • 1 capsule probiotics, opened
    • 1 teaspoon chaga powder
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • Omica liquid butterscotch Stevia to taste (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Using a blender, combine all ingredients on low.

    2. Enjoy immediately.
