Healthy Seven-Layer Dip

This Lightened-Up 7-Layer Dip Saves Major Calories

And even though we're lightening up the layers with some healthy swaps, the dip will keep the festive look and variety of textures that everyone loves.

I made a vegan version of this last weekend, and it was a huge hit, even among people who aren't vegan!! So light and delicious - I'm planning on making it again this weekend for a superbowl party!
