Rest days are so important. I wonder how often she takes a full rest day when in full training mode? As a group fitness instructor who teaches several classes a week, I like to reserve Sundays as my official weekly rest day. Keeping it the same day each week helps me be consistent with it. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for posting this. When people discuss health and fitness they seem to gloss over those who are overdoing it and wearing themselves out, which is equally as damaging as inactivity.
