If you go to Fitness Videos GUbar you can see these moves being done. I would love to know how to do the Gate Swings in a lower impact form as I have a lumber spine injury which is really agitated by any jumping or hard impact exercises.

I wish they would show videos of some of these moves. That way they can kind of tell us what not to do while we see how the move is done.
