INGREDIENTS

    • 1 large ripe avocado
    • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    • 1/2 package silken tofu
    • 4 dates
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • Pinch of fine sea salt

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix everything in a food processor until smooth, several minutes.

    2. Divide between four dishes, top with a dollop of dairy-free yogurt, coconut whipped cream, chocolate chips, granola, or chopped pecans, and enjoy!
