We don't want the heat and humidity to get in the way of a good run. With a treadmill workout, you can beat the rising temperatures and still fit in your weekly mileage. We've rounded up seven of our favorite indoor runs, ranging from 20 minutes to a full hour, to help you stay on track without having to actually go to a track. There are beginner runs, advanced runs, and everything in between including intervals and incline work (if you also want to work your booty while running).
