Another month, another cart full of new Trader Joe's products. In addition to Trader Joe's variety of pumpkin spice foods for October, the store has stocked shelves with new coffee, cheese, and a vegan spread that's a little . . . questionable. Keep reading to see everything you should buy — and skip — this month as you browse the aisles of Trader Joe's.

Pick Up: Fair Trade Malawi Coffee ($8)

Pick Up: Fair Trade Malawi Coffee ($8)

Trader Joe's has an impressive coffee selection, and this Fair Trader Malawi Coffee stands out from the rest. It's a medium roast with 100 percent Arabica whole beans, which you can ground in store if you don't have a coffee grinder at home. The finished brew is bold, chocolaty, and not too acidic.

Pick Up: Organic Mango Fruit Spread ($2)

Although Trader Joe's Organic Mango Fruit Spread is sweetened with cane sugar, it is not overly sweet and is just the right amount of tart. The smooth puree of organic mango, organic cane sugar, and citrus juice would be perfect for spreading on toast as a jam replacement, dolloping on yogurt, or adding to a fruity cheesecake.

Pick Up: Buenabla Cheese With Paprika ($11/pound)

Don't let the striking orange color of this cheese scare you away — it's naturally colored from a generous amount of paprika. Trader Joe's Buenabla Cheese With Paprika is a hybrid of goat cheese and sheep's milk cheese, so it's salty, tangy, and right in between a hard and soft cheese. The fragrant paprika doesn't just coat the outside, but it's mixed into the cheese entirely, giving you a slightly smoky, sweet kick with every bite.

Pick Up: Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts ($4)

Pick Up: Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts ($4)

Trader Joe's pizza crust is a cult favorite, but thanks to this new Gluten-Free Pizza Crust, those who are gluten intolerant can enjoy the convenience of TJ's premade pizza crusts, too. While it is a little crumbly (as you can see from the few cracks), the crust gets nice and crispy in the oven when drizzled with a little olive oil. It's made of buckwheat, sorghum, and rice flours, so the wheaty crust is nutty and flavorful. You can find this pizza crust in the frozen section, while TJ's regular crusts are refrigerated.

Pass: Vegan Spread and Dressing Inspired by Mayo ($2)

Pass: Vegan Spread and Dressing Inspired by Mayo ($2)

As a serious mayo hater, I was intrigued and excited to try Trader Joe's new Vegan Spread and Dressing. However, I'd recommend skipping this one; the consistency is too watery, and the canola-oil-based spread really lacks flavor. Traditional aiolis contain eggs to bind the ingredients together, so this vegan, eggless spread falls flat.
