5 Airbnb Rentals Straight Out of Toy Story
We already fell in love with the real-life replica of Andy's room, and now — just in time for Toy Story's 20th anniversary — Airbnb is serving up rentals seemingly designed with Toy Story characters in mind. If the toys in the film were to reside anywhere other than Andy's toy chest, it's safe to say that they would live in the playful rental homes here.
Buzz Lightyear's Space Home
When Buzz said "to infinity and beyond," he must've meant to Rome, where this space apartment ($88/night) is located.
The one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment can't actually fly into space, but it can propel you into the heart of Rome; it's located right on the famous Piazza Navona.
Buzz can set up mission control in the apartment's office.
Barbie's Dream House
This over-the-top house in Essex, United Kingdom, ($2,360/night) sleeps 16 people, so Barbie can have Ken, Skipper, and the whole gang over to party. It's also popular for real-life bachelorette and birthday parties.
One look at this gold and powder pink bedroom, and it's no surprise that this house has become a favorite photo and film location.
Every inch of the house is decked out with girlie, glam touches that Barbie can truly appreciate. And when she's ready for a change of pace, she can hop in her pink convertible and drive back to nearby London.
Woody's Ranch
Woody can get away from the chaos of the toy box by escaping to this bedroom in a Palm Springs, CA, ranch ($137/night).
The ranch features an array of animals that Woody and Jessie would enjoy wrangling. It's also equipped with a 25-foot swing, Ping-Pong, and horseshoes. When Woody's done playing and ready to relax, he can grab a drink at the Draft Horse Saloon.
The secluded room is dubbed "the love nest," and it includes a private deck. We bet Woody would love to whisk away Bo Peep to here for a romantic escape.
Slinky the Dog's House
Slinky's tail won't stop wagging when he spends the night in this quirky two-bedroom dog house ($98). The Dog Bark Park, located in rural Idaho, has plenty of room for him to run around and fetch.
Every detail of the two-bedroom rental is focused on canines. There's even a special area for pups to nap in.
Bo Peep's Sheep Wagon
Bo Peep can take her flock and head to Wyoming to this quaint sheep wagon ($100/night).
Just like Bo Peep, the wagon is small but mighty. It was in regular use on the 30,000-acre ranch from the 1920s all the way until the 1970s. It's since been fully restored and outfitted for comfort with beds, a half-bath, wood-burning stove, and more.
