Molly Sims Reveals Her Decor-Nerd Tendencies

Model, act, write, decorate — is there anything Molly Sims can't do? The soon-to-be mother of two (she has a 2-year-old son and is expecting a baby girl with husband Scott Stuber) recently invited Lonny Magazine into her spectacular Beverly Hills, CA, colonial. From the breathtaking contemporary art collection to the homey mix of eclectic-meets-conservative decor, we were blown away by Molly's spectacular style — and her exhaustive knowledge of interior design! Check out a few of our favorite images below, and visit Lonny for the full story.

Molly began revamping the Beverly Hills colonial home in 2010 when it belonged to Scott, her then-boyfriend. She worked with interior designer Kishani Perera to add color and personality to what she says was a very beige space.

The living room mixes sophisticated art and accents, such as a Kelly Wearstler marble cylinder and Morgan Peck vase above the mantel, with kid-friendly pieces like the velvet sofa.

The nursery features streamlined furniture pieces, baby animal photographs by Sharon Montrose, and a showstopping Emil Stejnar Sputnik chandelier. Molly collaborated with Layla Grayce co-owner Tiffany Harris to create the welcoming space.

The outdoor spaces of Molly's home are as thoughtfully designed as the interiors and include cozy details like tufted upholstery on the chairs.

Molly is a longtime real estate aficionado and decor nerd; she told Lonny that at the beginning of her career she was buying houses when other models were buying Prada.
