Last night, Dita Von Teese joined Cameron Silver and Christos Garkinos of Decades vintage boutique in LA to fete the launch of the Dita Von Teese Collection, a capsule collection inspired by her own vintage wardrobe. We got a chance to catch up with the burlesque beauty and chatted all about her feminine style. We asked her to describe her personal style — "ladylike and womanly, with fetishistic touch!" — to share her Fall favorites, and her thoughts on the latest ladylike craze. CelebStyle: What are five essential pieces in your closet that you always reach for?
Dita Von Teese: Opera-length black leather gloves. My signature brand Diamond seam fully-fashioned stockings. My "Second Look" dress, which is perfect for both daytime or evening. My "VIP" trench coat. I wear it often while traveling, it's the perfect coat for any occasion, and I always get compliments on it. And my bespoke Christian Louboutin "Lady Page" shoes.

Floral skirts scream Spring and Summer, but don't put them away just yet. There are some easy tips for taking your trendy retro skirt into Fall. The burlesque babe paired a sweet printed bow top with an off-white circle skirt, then finished off with rose-tint shades, a charm bracelet, brown Mary Janes, and her new Louis Vuitton wicker purse, which she debuted not too long ago. While you may not want to dress up for a casual lunch, you can wear Dita's ensemble at a bridal shower or a daytime party. Just pair a bow top with a knee-length skirt, then complete your retro look with vintage-inspired accessories.

Dita Von Teese was spotted exiting a beauty salon in LA wearing a blue silky button-front maxi dress with black cat-eye sunglasses and dainty ankle-strap sandals, but it was her Dolce & Gabbana wicker bag that really screamed Summer chic. We love the picnic-basket-inspired feel, as well as its leather and chain detail and locket closure. This bag is part of Dolce & Gabbana's Spring/Summer 2012 collection and retails in stores for $2,695. Red and leopard have been worn together before, but the way Dita Von Teese paired them at the Cartier Queen's Cup Polo event in England is the most sophisticated version we've ever seen. She started with a red, fitted square-neck Roland Mouret dress, then upped her look by accessorizing with a leopard clutch and matching leopard pumps. Bordeaux leather gloves and metal-rimmed cat-eye sunglasses were also part of her outdoor ensemble.
