Gloria and Emilio Estefan Continue to Defy the Test of Time With Their Love

Gloria and Emilio Estefan started dating in 1976 when the two worked together as part of the band, Miami Sound Machine. The now parents of two, Nayib and Emily, tied the knot on Sept. 2, 1978, and haven't looked back since.

Gloria has said before that the secret to their long-lasting marriage is that the two have "very different personalities that balance each other out. We rarely differ on business, so on the things that count, that can really tear you apart, we're pretty much on the same page. I never imagined I'd get married that early, if at all, but luckily I found him and I think it was destined," she told the Evening Standard in 2013.
