You Won't Believe This Heartbreaking Commercial About Child Abuse Was Created by Students

A group of Danish students were assigned a project requiring that they create a commercial to raise awareness for child abuse, and the result is unbelievably powerful. The YouTube video above depicts the story of a young boy who uses a mask to hide cracks in his porcelain skin, which represent scars from his abusive father. He is "broken" because of the fighting taking place at home and in order to shield his family's problem, he physically covers his face.
