Toddler Crawls His Way Into Claw Toy Machine

Some kids will do anything for a stuffed animal. Earlier this week, Colin Lambert crawled into a claw toy machine in hopes of capturing a prize. His grandmother Diane O'Neill had been watching the 18-month-old when she turned away to look at a text. By the time she was done, her grandson was halfway through the slot.

"I grabbed his feet and he kicked my hand and got in," Diane tells a local news station. "[He] climbed up over the glass partition and sat down in the toys." Worried about the dangers inside the machine — broken plastic and pointy objects — Diane called the fire department to save her grandson. Of course, she couldn't resist snapping a few shots while she waited.

"As long as he was okay, it was funny," she tells ABC news. "He was smiling until he wanted to get out, and then he became unhappy." Luckily, Colin didn't have to wait too long to be rescued. And the best part of his adventure — he got to keep the toy he wanted so badly. Front Page
