What could be cuter than Bambi posing with a newborn?!

With a stack of hay, some pumpkins, and a woodsy backdrop, 1-month-old Connor was ready for his Fall-inspired newborn photo shoot. But it turns out that it wasn't the props (or even the sleeping baby!) that made these images so special. As Megan Rion of Imagine That Photography was taking photos, a local deer known as Maggie wandered out of the trees and posed for some amazing photos alongside Connor.

"Maggie lives in the woods and is known to show up during photo shoots," Rion told Yahoo Parenting. "She has a reputation for it and parents even request that she come to shoots, but I let them know there's no guarantee."

When Maggie first made her appearance, Rion's assistant lured her over with an ear of corn, and Connor's shocked mother recorded the sweet interaction. "Maggie was hand-fed as a baby, so she's very comfortable with people," said Rion. "But I always make sure that we have one hand right near the baby, because she is a wild animal."

If only all uninvited photobombs turned out this incredible.
