Jessica Biel Posted a Photo of Her Meal in the Shower Because Mom Life Is Hard

If you've ever felt that in order to get one solid second (literally) of peace away from your kids you had to retreat to the bathroom, Jessica Biel knows that feeling all too well. The mom of 1-1/2-year-old Silas took to Instagram to post a photo of an empty plate and espresso mug — inside her running shower.

"Yes. I eat in the shower. I admit it," she wrote. "Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you. #ShowerEats." Though some of her followers seem to be confused about her post, asking why she would ever do such a thing, all of the moms out there know that life way too well to question her tactics.
